Job Description

Our client, a confidential philanthropic organization based in Newton is seeking a highly professional and organized Executive & Personal Assistant to support its leadership team. This temporary-to-hire role pays $30-$35/hour and requires an average of three in-person days per week, split between an office in Newton and a private residence in Brookline (schedule may vary depending on the principals' travel). The ideal start date is August 4th. The organization is known for its advocacy work, strategic philanthropy, and international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex business and personal calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries
• Coordinate communication and logistics between internal staff, external partners, and executive leadership
• Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
• Run personal errands, manage home maintenance projects, and handle occasional shopping
• Support office organization, mail handling, and event planning

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, with 3+ years of C-level executive support experience
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in managing shifting priorities
• Experience with international travel planning and logistics
• Comfortable working in a family office setting with a flexible, proactive approach
