Luxury Resort General Manager – NORTHERN ARIZONA Luxury Destination Resort & Spa

We are seeking an accomplished hospitality leader to oversee operations at a Forbes-rated luxury destination resort in Northern Arizona.

The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the resort, including accommodations, dining, activities, retail, facilities, and grounds. The successful candidate will ensure service standards at the highest luxury level, maximize profitability, and maintain the property’s reputation for excellence.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead and inspire department heads to deliver consistent, world-class guest experiences.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budget management to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain Forbes-level service and operational standards across the property.
• Drive innovative programming and revenue growth strategies.
• Represent the resort with owners, VIP guests, and community stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a senior leader in a luxury resort environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple operational areas, including F&B, rooms, facilities, and guest services.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

****** Immediate consideration will be granted to candidates who are currently serving as an AGM or GM at a Forbes-rated luxury resort, available to relocate within 30 days. Compensation: $170–$180K plus 30% bonus potential. This role includes 100% employer-paid executive-level health insurance and relocation assistance. Reports to the Managing Director.
