This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in recruiting but also enjoys hands-on coordination and client interaction. You’ll play a critical role in identifying talent, supporting project mobilizations, and ensuring seamless operations throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting skilled trades and technical professionals for marine and industrial projects
• Partnering with Account Managers and clients to understand specific job needs
• Posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews
• Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and job site scheduling
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining ATS records
• Supporting timecard collection, payroll processing, and compliance tracking
• Visiting client sites as needed to support orientations or address staffing challenges
• Maintaining strong communication and relationships with both candidates and clients
• Supporting general office operations related to recruiting and deployment

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (skilled trades recruiting a big plus!)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
• Understands the urgency of staffing and can juggle multiple deadlines
• Has strong interpersonal skills and can build lasting candidate and client relationships
• Is willing to occasionally travel to job sites or client locations
• Brings a team-first attitude and genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities
